  • Using ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based techniques from CBT and EFT, we help you to reduce suffering and build towards a life that is meaningful and workable for you.

    We treat most mental health difficulties including: anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, self-criticism, existential angst, substance use, and more.

    We work with children aged 8-12, teens aged 13-17, young adults aged 18-25, and adults aged 25-65.

    All services are delivered through telehealth.

    Cost: 250.00 / 50-minute session

  • Dr. Eli provides clinical supervision and consultation to psychologists, psychotherapists, and trainees wanting to learn more about ACT, Compassion Focused Therapy, or doing therapy with children, teens, or adults.

    Dr. Eli is a trainer locally and internationally in both ACT and CFT, and he has taught several doctoral-level courses on assessment and treatment.

    This service can help you meet your required hours for licensing with the CPBAO or CRPO, but is also helpful for autonomously registered practitioners wanting to expand their scope of practice or get support with tricky cases.

    Cost: 250.00/hour, completion of forms at no cost

  • We provide team-based training in CFT and ACT. We have trained several large hospitals, community mental health centers, and province-wide agencies.

    We also provide program development, evaluation, and implementation science consultation for mental health programs.
